"These guys are outstanding. We were in a bit of a time crunch when I came across the Junk Matters site via google. Shawn (owner) was very helpful and quick to respond. Despite already booked that day, Shawn offered several solutions as well as different days that he could provide service, and even after we booked the next available appointment, Shawn found out that he could get us in the same day and quickly made that happen.
